Kathleen Morris, Chief Financial Officer

Kathleen Morris is a commercial banker/lender by training and has over 25 years experience in UK and US financial markets. She brings particular expertise in global financial asset management and in power sector structured financing. Most recently she held a position in a major international power generation company that involved restructuring the European portfolio of assets and included arranging and restructuring project debt. Prior to that, Kathleen worked in both UK and US-based banks, leading large multi-national, multi-sourced lender syndicates in non-recourse Project Finance transactions primarily to independent power producers.
